Blood Orange G&T

A little bittersweet, super refreshing, and perfect for winding down as the days get cooler. Blood orange brings bold citrus flavour, and a sprig of thyme (especially if it’s flowering – which it might be in May) adds a lovely, subtle finish. Simple, seasonal and seriously good!
