We’ve been obsessed with experimenting using olives in gin cocktails – plump, fragrant, and full of umami goodness.

They pair perfectly with the bold, botanical notes in our craft gins – especially those with savoury or herbaceous profiles.

Here's how to make it:

  • Prepare a shaker with ice cubes
  • Add 60 ml cold gin and 15 ml cold vermouth to the shaker and stir
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into a glass 
  • Add olives as garnish
