Passionfruit G&T

Try our passionfruit G&T. It's tropical, zesty and refreshing, this one’s a real crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Pants Off gin

  • 60 ml tonic water

  • 1 passionfruit 

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add the gin, tonic water, and passionfruit pulp (strain if you prefer it smooth).

  3. Squeeze in the lime juice and give it a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with half a passionfruit, fresh mint, and a lime wedge. For extra flavour, muddle the passionfruit pulp before adding.
