Meet the Zesty Tom Collins 🍋✨
A crisp, citrus-forward classic with a refreshing sparkle — light, balanced, and perfect for warm days. Made even better with Happy Pants Gin, bringing bright fingerlime and Davidson plum notes to every sip.

Ingredients
• 60 ml Happy Pants Gin
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 30 ml simple syrup
• 90 ml soda water or lemon seltzer
• Ice
• Lemon slice & cocktail cherries (for garnish)

Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake until well chilled, then strain into an ice-filled glass.
Top with soda or lemon seltzer and gently stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice and cherries 🍒🍸
